Carers clinics with Dorset Carers Hub, held at both surgeries once a month. Please refer to the carers board in the surgery for information on upcoming clinics. If you are a carer you will receive regular updates with this information.
Our carers board is regularly updated with information, support avenues and activities on the island.
We are working in partnership with Help & Care Social Prescribing team to offer advice, signposting and support planning. For support from the Care-Coordinator or Social Prescribing Team please speak to the surgery.Carer Support Dorset
