Our Deputy Practice Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the practice including first line contact for any concerns or complaints.
Reception Manager- supports the Business Manager and Deputy Practice Manager with the day to day running of the reception team.
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions, dealing with prescription enquiries, financial claims and patient records.

Our managing partner is involved in managing all the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide high quality of patient care. This role also supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care. Our Business Manager has the responsibility for the leading the operational management of the practice This includes making sure the practice runs well, is safe and meets all the required NHS Standards. This role includes all elements of HR, Governance and Finance.
