To make sure that you receive your medication on time please send your request to the surgery 10 working days prior to running out, this enables the surgery to issue the prescription and the pharmacy to have your prescription ready to collect in a timely manner.
Any acute/urgent prescriptions are triaged and will be ready as soon as possible
Please take into account Weekends and Bank Holidays.
If you need to request your prescription earlier due to going on holiday, please make a note on your request before sending this to the surgery.
