The team here at Royal Manor Health Care aim to provide patients with the best care we can but, occasionally, you may feel your needs have not been met.
If you have a complaint or a concern, we want to hear about it and learn how we might do things better in future.
You can raise your concerns by completing our online form. This will be passed to the practice manager for investigation.
We take your views very seriously and we will acknowledge your concerns within two working days on receipt of your form.
